National Honor Society

The National Honor Society (NHS) at Bay Port High School recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. NHS is an   organization dedicated to honoring students who not only excel academically but also strive to make a positive impact in their school and community.

Membership in the Bay Port chapter of NHS is both an honor and a responsibility. Students selected for NHS have shown a strong commitment to their studies while also demonstrating leadership in school activities, volunteering their time to serve others, and consistently displaying integrity and respect. Members of NHS are expected to continue upholding these values and serve as role models for the Bay Port community.

Through service projects, volunteer opportunities, and school involvement, the Bay Port NHS chapter works to support the school and the greater community. By recognizing and encouraging students who embody these four pillars, NHS helps develop leaders who are committed to making a difference both now and in the future.
