Our History
On September 9, 1963, the doors of Bay Port High School first opened to the residents of the Howard-Suamico community.
It was also the first year of Pirate Baseball.
The standard from the beginning was to provide an opportunity for young men to learn and appreciate the game of baseball. That remains unchanged.
It has also been the mission of coaches to prepare these men for the world beyond the ball diamond.
The Pirate Baseball Program Mission is to "...maximize the likelihood of success both on and off the field by preparing both mentally and physically."
We, who are proud of the tradition and excellence of Pirate Baseball, invite you to honor those players who developed what Pirate Baseball is today.
- 2 WIAA State Division 1 Titles
- 14 WIAA State Tournament Appearances
- 25 Regional Championships
- 13 Conference Titles
Thank you for supporting Bay Port baseball and Pirate pride!
